Built for Australian construction firms using Procore

Send Procore subcontracts for signing without leaving the workflow

SignAndGo's native Procore integration pulls Commitment Contracts straight from your Procore project, sends them for signature with full audit-trail evidence, and pushes the signed PDF back to the source contract automatically. No manual download, email, chase, and re-upload cycle.

Pull contracts from Procore

Pick a Work Order Contract or Purchase Order Contract from a wizard inside SignAndGo. We fetch the PDF from Procore in one click. No downloading. No re-uploading.

Sign with Australian-compliant evidence

Every signed PDF carries an audit certificate with signer ID, IP, timestamp, hash chain, and a verification ID. ETA 1999 compliant. Data hosted in Sydney.

Push the signed PDF back automatically

When the signer completes, the signed PDF lands on the source Procore contract as an attachment. Status flips to Approved. Received-date is stamped. No manual steps.

How the integration works

About five minutes of admin setup, then your team uses Procore the way they always have. SignAndGo handles the signing layer.

1

Your Procore admin installs SignAndGo

One-click install in your Procore company using the app key we provide. Procore manages the permissions; we manage the integration. No code changes on your side.

2

Your SignAndGo admin connects

Settings → Integrations → Connect Procore. Approve the OAuth consent screen. Takes 30 seconds.

3

Your team sends contracts from Procore

Open the Send-from-Procore wizard, pick a project, pick a contract, send. The signer receives an email. When they sign, the signed PDF lands back on the Procore contract automatically.

How SignAndGo compares for Procore users

Three credible options for an Australian construction firm using Procore. The right one depends on data-residency requirements, pricing, and how much manual work you want to keep.

Procore modules supported

Phase 1 covers the highest-value module for most construction firms: subcontracts. Phase 2 expands to the four next-most-requested workflows.

Phase 1 (live)

Commitment Contracts

Work Order Contracts (subcontracts) and Purchase Order Contracts. The full round-trip (pull, sign, push back, status update, received-date stamp) is live and verified end-to-end.

  • • Work Order Contracts (subcontracts)
  • • Purchase Order Contracts
  • • Auto push-back to source contract
  • • Status update to Approved
  • • signed_contract_received_date stamped
Phase 2 (roadmap)

Four more modules

Built on the same pattern as Commitments. We prioritise the order based on what early customers actually use first.

  • Change Orders
  • RFIs (Requests for Information)
  • Inspection Reports
  • Induction Packs / Forms

Built for Australian construction realities

Australian construction firms operate under state-based security-of-payment regimes (the SOPA frameworks across each state) where timely, auditable contract execution materially affects payment claim validity. The standard manual workflow (download a subcontract from Procore, attach to email, chase signatures, re-upload signed PDF) creates exactly the audit gap those frameworks penalise.

SignAndGo for Procore closes that gap. Every contract sent for signing carries a tamper-evident hash chain, IP-and-timestamp evidence on every signer event, and a verification ID anyone can check at signandgo.com.au/verify. The signed PDF lands back on the source Procore contract within seconds of signing, with the received-date stamped automatically. Compliant by default.

Data stays in Sydney. We don't route Australian construction documents through US infrastructure. Pricing is in AUD with no annual lock-in. We respond from business hours Australia/Darwin and our support contact is a real Australian email address.

Procore integration FAQ

The questions our pilot customers asked most often. If yours isn't covered, email sign@signandgo.com.au.

Can SignAndGo integrate with Procore?
Yes. SignAndGo is integrated with Procore via the Procore Marketplace partner programme. The integration lets Australian construction firms send Commitment Contracts (Work Order Contracts and Purchase Order Contracts) directly from their Procore project for digital signature, and the signed PDF is pushed back to the source contract record automatically.
Which Procore modules does the integration cover?
Phase 1 (live): Commitment Contracts, which means both Work Order Contracts (subcontracts) and Purchase Order Contracts. Phase 2 (roadmap): Change Orders, RFIs, Inspection Reports, and Induction Packs / Forms. Phase 2 modules are prioritised based on which workflows our customers ask for first.
How does it actually work?
Three steps. First, your team picks a Procore contract from a wizard inside SignAndGo. Second, SignAndGo pulls the contract PDF from Procore and sends it for signing with full audit-trail evidence (Australian data residency, ETA 1999 compliant, tamper-evident hash chain). Third, when the signer completes, the signed PDF is automatically attached to the source Procore contract, status flips to Approved, and signed_contract_received_date is stamped.
Do signed PDFs go back into Procore automatically?
Yes. Once a signer completes signing in SignAndGo, the signed PDF is uploaded back to Procore as an attachment on the source Commitment Contract within seconds. The contract status updates to Approved and the signed_contract_received_date is set to the signing date. No manual download. No re-upload.
Is the integration legally binding under Australian law?
Yes. SignAndGo electronic signatures are legally binding under the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Commonwealth) and each Australian state's mirror Act. Every signed PDF carries an audit certificate page recording signer identity, IP, timestamp, document hash chain, and a verification ID that anyone can check at signandgo.com.au/verify. The integration preserves all of this when pushing back to Procore.
Is the data hosted in Australia?
Yes. SignAndGo hosts all data in Sydney (australia-southeast1). When the integration pulls a contract from Procore, signs it, and pushes the signed PDF back, the document never leaves Australian infrastructure on the SignAndGo side. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP).
How does this compare to DocuSign for Procore?
DocuSign for Procore exists but routes Australian construction documents through US-hosted infrastructure and charges US-dollar enterprise pricing. SignAndGo is Australian-built, AUD pricing, Sydney-hosted, and pricing starts at $99 AUD per month per workspace with no annual lock-in. For Australian-only construction firms the data-residency and pricing differences are usually decisive.
How does this compare to Annature for Procore?
Annature does not currently ship a native Procore integration. Their customers handle the workflow manually: download from Procore, upload to Annature, send for signing, download signed PDF, re-upload to Procore. SignAndGo removes that entire cycle.
Do I need to be on a particular plan to use the Procore integration?
The Procore integration is available on our Business plan ($99 AUD per month, 200 envelopes / month, 10 team members) and Enterprise tier. Smaller plans don't carry the integration toggle because the volume profile of Procore-using customers (50 to 100+ envelopes per month for active projects) typically calls for Business or higher anyway.
How do I get started?
Two steps. Your Procore admin installs the SignAndGo app on your Procore company (one-click after we send you the app key). Your SignAndGo workspace admin then clicks Connect Procore under Settings → Integrations and approves access. About five minutes of admin work total.
